Process HVAC Solutions, LLC is a systems automation provider for HVAC and mechanical systems in mission critical environments. We specialize in high tier level data centers. Based in Lawrence, PA, PHS is looking for a well-qualified person to join a growing company as a Project Estimator.

POSITION LOCATION:
Lawrence, PA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates, quotes & technical proposals.
• Consult with project managers to formulate change orders & cost estimates.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates.
• Develop project scope to meet instrument and equipment specifications
• Solicit and review pricing from vendors and subcontractors
• Negotiate electrical/pneumatic subcontractor pricing
• Attend scope review meetings
• Upon receipt of a contract, review scope of work and schedule. Coordinate with Project Manager and Contract Administrator
• Negotiate with vendors
• Valve, damper & actuator sizing/selection
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and company personnel
• Travel to job sites as needed
• Research questions as they arise
• Develop personal product knowledge
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Other duties as assigned

• Desire to grow and learn through constructive feedback and development
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process related field
• HVAC, Controls & Instrumentation experience
• Construction experience
• 1-3 years working in a professional office environment
• 1-3 years estimating experience
• Engineering/Field/Project management experience
