Process HVAC Solutions, LLC (PHS) was founded in 2005 to help facilities with their mission critical data center HVAC needs. We have worked with some of the largest companies in the world on projects of all sizes, including multi-million dollar installations where our innovative approach results in easy to use, high-performance HVAC solutions.

The PHS Team
Phil Szajnuk has over 25 years of experience in process control, control systems design, automation and project execution. For the past 15 years, he has served as Vice President of the automation division at Equipment & Controls, Inc. At PHS, Phil serves as President and General Manager responsible for the operation, strategic direction, personnel and business development efforts.
As Chief Technologist and Founder of PHS, Larry Alcorn oversees marketing strategy and the development of PHS industrial automation systems, and also serves as the senior technical advisor. Instrumental in the development of three generations of Industrial Direct Digital Control Systems, Larry brings over 35 years of HVAC and process experience in meeting the stringent requirements for mission critical data centers.
As the PHS Office Manager, Jodie Davis is responsible for leading the admin group and making sure our team has everything they need to give our customers the absolute best. She is proud to be a part of PHS for over 10 years. Jodie is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems.
Field Operations Manager
With over 35 years of experience in the design, coding and implementation of industrial control systems and instrumentation, Dave Poellot is the Field Operations Manager for PHS. Major projects he has managed include large turnkey data centers, high temperature industrial furnaces, automated heat treat lines and heavy industrial material handling systems.
Director, Strategic Accounts
Chuck Glinski has spent the last 30 years of a 38 year career in the Emerson family in a variety of engineering, sales, marketing and management roles. About 11 years ago, he shifted from industrial process control to building automation with PHS. During his time at PHS, Chuck grew the field and service group and managed many key projects. Chuck’s current focus is key accounts and business growth along with specific project oversight.
Lonnie Pavtis has been employed as the Engineering Manager for PHS since 2006. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lonnie has 25 years of design and build experience in critical controls and mechanical systems.
Robert O’Rourke has been with PHS for over 10 years and as Service Manager, he leads a team of service engineers to address all the needs of our installed base customers. This includes providing technical support, coordinating service visits, quoting and managing of service contracts, small projects and system upgrades.
As the Software Manager, Henry Troost is responsible for leading the PHS software engineers through the full lifecycle of a project. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Henry has been working in process control design and control system project execution since 2010 and has been with PHS since 2013.
